Take your grilling game to gourmet with this easy and delicious burger!
Cook patties to liking, toast buns on grill.
Add mozzarella slices 1-2 minutes before burgers are done.
Spread optional mayo on bottom of bun, top burger with, tomato and arugula.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and pesto.
Serve with extra mayo and pesto for dipping!
- 3 MGR grass fed patties
- 3 slices fresh mozzarella, 1 inch thick
- 3 pretzel hamburger buns, sliced
- 3 tomato slices
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1/2 cup baby arugula
- Optional: ¼ cup mayo mixed with tablespoon of pesto.
